Our founder’s journey began on the front lines of the Kenyan healthcare system. she saw a recurring, heartbreaking pattern: mothers were being discharged from hospitals with a bundle of joy in their arms, but a heavy burden of exhaustion, isolation and ‘nerves’ in their hearts.

in a country where healthcare is in high demand but professional home-based support is scarce, we saw new mothers – especially first-time mums struggling to breathe, let alone enjoy mother hood.
